Therefore, we decided to implement changes in the services provided to ensure that we meet the needs of our customers. All changes are intended to help us serve our customers better and ensure we provide a better quality of service.


Terms & Conditions

Super8 has changed and in 2024 we will implement new ways of serving all our customers. Therefore, we ask all customers, partners and users to read our Terms and Conditions.

Support Accounts

From January 1, 2024, we urge all our customers to have an account at Super8. If you don’t already have an account, you can create an account using the button below. You just have to fill in the data requested in the Form. After verification, we will activate your account and provide access data.

Why should you have a Super8 account?
When creating an account at Super8 you will have access to the Super8 Customers area. It is through this area that you can make all Support requests.

All support requests must be made exclusively via our website. We only guarantee support through other channels to customers with the Professional Support Plan.

Support Plans

From January 1, 2024, we only guarantee support to customers who have active plans for the year 2024. Please note that plans that were paid during the year 2023 end on December 31, 2023.

All customers can choose one of the two available Support Plans. Alternatively, you can choose not to subscribe to any Support Plan.

Clients with no Support Plans

Customers without any type of Support Plan must submit support requests through our Support System available here. Please note that customers who do not have a Support Plan are fully responsible for the maintenance and functionality of their website.

All Support requests have an associated cost. After the order is placed, a link to pay for the service will be provided. The service will be carried out after payment is made.

Hosting & Domains

Hosting and Domain prices are subject to change. Prices are dictated by our Partners/Suppliers and will be adjusted depending on increases.

From January 1, 2024, a Payment Guide will be sent for the renewal of Hosting and Domains at least 15 days in advance. Failure to pay the renewal on time is the sole responsibility of the customer, and renewal will only be carried out after payment.
Customers with Support Plans will also be notified, however Super8 anticipates payment by the Customer.

Failure to timely renew Hosting and Domains may result in the loss of website files (in the case of non-renewal of Hosting) and the loss of the domain which can only be redeemed by paying a fine of up to €250 (This fine is defined by ICANN e pela DNS.PT).

Super8 is not responsible in any way for the loss of files due to non-payment of Hosting renewal, nor is it responsible for fines that may be imposed due to the lack of renewal of domains for customers without a Support Plan.

Themes & Plugins

All Themes and Plugins are Property of Super8. Super8 guarantees monthly updates of Themes and Pugins to Customers with Support Plans. Customers without a Support Plan must request updates to Themes and Plugins. If customers want to make updates by their own means, Super8 can sell Licenses for the desired Themes or Plugins.

How to Request Support

To Submit Support requests, follow the instructions below. You can submit files. Files over 10MB must use alternatives such as WeTransfer and must be sent to the email

3Fill out the form and submit your Support Request. You will receive an email confirming your Support Request with the Support number. Once completed we will notify you and close the Request.

4You can view and follow all your tickets by clicking on the My Tickets button. You can re-open a Ticket or reply to a Ticket by clicking on the desired Ticket.
